AIM: To introduce more complex structures from The Art of the Fold book by Hedi Kyle and Ulla Warchol including the Blizzard Book, Blizzard Box and an insight into variations of the Crown Book.
NOTE: This workshop deals with more complex structures so participants will ideally have had some experience of folding structures or orgami concepts.
- We will create a Blizzard Book to hold samples the size of business cards and a 3-compartment, unfolding, Blizzard Box.
- We will also look at variations of the Crown Book structure, which uses a similar folding technique, and explore ways that this can be used.
All materials and tools provided.
This workshop is being held during the exhibition WAYMARKERS by Toni Hartill, on until Sunday 17th December, at From out of the Blue Studio Gallery.
